John Volken Academy Arena in Gilbert, AZ will be held indoors.
Trailer is given away by random draw. EVERYONE has a chance to win!
Our 2024 race has already been booked! March 1-3 at Horseshoe Park in Queen Creek, AZ. This race is scheduled to be run indoors! At this race we will hopefully be working with KK Productions and have our very first Jr NFR Qualifier! Stay tuned for more information on this exciting addition!

PRE ENTRIES will CLOSE March 3rd at midnight and open Sunday morning March 5th. Draw will be posted Saturday March 4th at 12pm.

Double Header- Saturday draw (Draw 1) will RUN FIRST on Sunday! Sunday Draw (Draw 2) will be considered the "double header". Carry Over option available from Draw 1 to Draw 2. Running twice is also an option.

BUY BACK AVAILABLE!! Carry over must be decided BEFORE your first run. Buy back option available for if you hit a barrel or get a no time $20. Buy back is to RUN in Draw 2, to try and receive a qualified time.

30 minute break in between races for Draw 1 awards!

Horseshoe Park is available for stall rentals if needed. JVA has limited stall availability.

If you entered on Saddlebook for Saturday that will be Draw 1, Sunday entries will be Draw 2.

Please be patient with me for updates, scratches, refunds, and answering questions. I am 1 person. If you do NOT get an answer from me by Friday March 3rd at Noon, please message me again. Draw will be posted Saturday 12pm.

Once I draw, if you scratch 30% office fee will be kept.
Classes and Fees
For 2023 we have a few different class options. All classes have a $15 arena fee per horse. This year we are running a combined draw.
NO LATE FEES
Time Onlies pay at the gate 1 for $3 or 2 for $5
2D PeeWee 10 second split (7 under) $5
3D Youth 1 second split (17 and under) $35
2D EZ Rider 1 second split (Time Restriction) $35
5D Open .5 second split $55
Trailer Drawing Fee $20 per horse per day
There is a slight award fee of $5 per person per day. Buckles and awards given daily! You do not have to be present to win BUT, you must have someone pick up your items for you or make prior arrangements with me before the end of event.
In the future we are looking into adding some side pots. For our starting years we will be 70% pay back. Once we become more established we will become 80% payback. After all this race is for our contestants!

All places will be awarded through an online random number generator. A video will be taken of the drawing and posted on our Facebook. If I can figure out how to post the videos here, I will do that also. Winners will have 30 minutes to be in contact with me. If NO contact is made we will redraw that item!
